I would like to add to this to give the kids food in semi liquid form so that it can easily b taken by kids as their teeth will not be that strong.
Parents shouldn’t start giving solid foods till the age of 3 as their growing is in porgress and day by day they wil get strong and hav strong immunity.
Some chidren are very choosy for food and they will have that only. Thi may not give enough nutrients to their body, so I would suggest to modify their favorite food with other nutrients. This will solve both the purpose.
Honey syrup is very good for health. Not only to toddlers but also at any age you can have it. Keeps your throat clean and clear.
Smashing or grating only will be helpful for them. Kids will not be able to have solids so soon.
I don’t think any parent will give their kids any chewy stuffs before age of 5 – 6
