- Massage your hands with oil for at least fifteen minutes, before you wash your hands. Cleaning gets lots of dirt on your hands, thus it is essential to massage them properly.

- Go for proper and right way of filing your nails. Never file your nail in back- and- forth direction. Avoid filing your nails just after your bath. File your nails in only one direction.
Apart from all these tips, always remember to use good quality of nail remover and enamel. Massage them regularly with essential oil. Follow nutritious and healthy diet that includes lot of fresh vegetable and fruits. Drink plenty of water and acid- less drinks to keep your body hydrated.
