But there are several other factors that can cause various types of stress. Here we are going to discuss about stress that builds up due to various sounds of disharmony like thundering, late night telephone, fireworks &amp; other explosions, breaking of glass, nails or chalk on the board etc. The stress that develops due to various sounds is for a short term. These stressful noises can leave a great impact on your life. These stressful noises can increase your mental stress that can affect your daily wear &amp; tear. Stressful noises refer to sounds of blaring sirens of ambulance while driving, wailing of your baby in night etc. Sounds that disturbs in night causes higher amount of stress because during nights, people are totally tired are may require adequate &amp; undisturbed sleep. These types of stressful sounds ruin the bedtime routine which encourages building up mental &amp; physical stress.</p>
<p>Natural sounds that are caused by natural calamities can also develop mental stress. Thunderstorms can be really distressing.
