The only difference is the sources that cause stress. Teenagers are stressed out due to their academic issues like studies, examinations, career decisions, pressure to try drugs, ragging, admissions etc. Teenagers are young as compared to adults; they are not used to handling anxiety &amp; pressure. Hence, it is very important for their parents to be their support system. Teenage stress may even lead to teenage depression.</p>

<p>Teenagers undergoing stressful situations may find it difficult to handle &amp; cope up with such situations. Even many of them may not understand that they are undergoing stress. Parents play a very important role, for supporting the children when they are totally stressed out. Parents should learn to identify stressful events.
