Stop being Jealous and make life better

When we get jealous of someone we harm our mental state of mind and try to raise our potentials as we think that the opposite person is more superior then us in some or the other way and we try our best to raise our values and potentials to be like that person which may sometimes leads to another aspects like competition etc.
- Make your own Goals in life: Jealously is natural it comes when we think that we are not able to do what other people do. Think on the problem what makes you feel jealous and agree to the point that you are feeling jealous and try to cope up from it. Make your own goals and follow it to get success in your own way. To make better life don’t think much just concentrate on your own goals in life. Make your own rules and be your own leader to achieve those goals. Make yourself busy in socializing and meeting people get new ideas to achieve you goals of life and stop thinking too much on other’s success.
- Build values and self-esteem: Build positive values in your life and try to maintain self-esteem positive. When you make your own values you will create a self respect for yourself and thinking about life changes. Jealously is something when you feel low because you think you don’t have which others have. Building self respect and
changing thinking will take you to positive energy. - Play Cool: When you see your partner with someone else try to maintain cool instead of being jealous and angry try to make a let it go attitude it’s hard but you will find yourself away from jealousy. Try to maintain a space between relations so that your partner will not feel possessive. If you easily get jealous of things happens in front of you, you will find yourself filled with detachment. Try to find alternatives to come up from jealousy.
- Communicate Clearly: Communicate clearly with your partner to avoid breakup and jealousy. Clear and sort out things to maintain understanding in your relation. Misunderstandings will create if you don’t communicate and keep things in your mind try to take everything positively don’t push yourself into negative thoughts try to be calm and communicate and get a better relationship with happiness in life.
- Experience Matters: If you think money, love, takes you to jealousy try to cope up from all this with a self therapy which will help you to boost positive energy in your life. Think and experience which things make you jealous and cover up those by thinking about own self. Try to maintain a balance between relations and work this will take you away from jealousy.
