Make vision for your organization look for resources make plans and implement those plans like a leader.
3. Communication is necessary: Good leadership is planning, establishing goals and implementing goals and discuss with the group and teach them how to achieve that goals. You have to listen to group whom you lead you as a leader takes suggestions from your group if any person from your group has an idea you have to listen to it carefully with respect. You have to maintain good relationship with group mates. Communication is very important for a leader. A leader should always communicate properly with group mates so that the message should reach properly. A good leader always has to explain issues properly so that followers will get clear idea of vision.
4. Trust and Flexibility: Trust is the important factor of leadership. To achieve success there should be trust between leaders and followers to achieve success. A leader should always be flexible because he/she is leading a group of people if in any case he/she is not available there will be no one to take decision on any issue. Leader should also be flexible in dealings and good leaders always work with all types of people from different castes and creeds. A good leader should never raise arguments on any unnecessary issues.
5. Motivation and Positive thinking: Positive thinking and Motivation are another two aspects of leadership. A leader should always encourage and motivate his followers to achieve the goal. If your followers are praising you it means you have been proved a great leader. A good leader should always be professional and should not show laziness in achieving the goals. All the aspects are necessary to be a perfect leader.
