Posted on Dec 09, 2010 in Relationships | Leave a CommentWhat Do You Mean By a Babymoon? There is a new craze that has hit the prenatal travel industry. How To Sleep Better… (Part 1)
Posted on Dec 02, 2010 in Stress Management | 1 CommentLet’s put it this way – I was NEVER a morning person. I used to be grumpy, dopey, sleepy, and sneezy; and every possible dwarf name from Snow white and the Seven Dwarfs (except Happy, of course). Mornings were a traumatic part of the day for me. I didn’t want to get off my bed; I wanted to sleep a little longer. I once happened to discuss the same with a colleague at work; and I said ‘It’s like I just went to sleep, and ‘voila’, it’s time to wake up again’. That’s when the revelation happened. She asked me how many hours of shut eye was I getting each night; and I replied 4. She went on to verbally bash me up with the cons of lack of sleep. The point was simple. I had to sleep for a little longer, around 6 – 8 hours so that my body could rejuvenate. The question ‘HOW’ [...] -

Your Messy Workspace: You might actually be harboring a colony full of germs on your workspace without knowing it. Use disinfectant wipes over your workspace once in a while, but just save your computer from collateral damage. Giving Up on Exercise: The thought of giving up on the gym is extremely tempting when you’ve had a really rough day at work. But the key lies in forcing yourself to go anyway. Do not coax yourself to believe that you’d return to the gym after supper, because you won’t return. I can tell you that, without even knowing you! Not Getting Adequate Sleep: If you keep sleeping at 3 am and getting up at 7 am, there will come a time when your mind will begin to disintegrate. When [...] -

Tips For Speed Dating – Is Speed Dating For You?
Posted on Nov 11, 2010 in Relationships | Leave a CommentSpeed dating is known to have begun in the 1900s and was a step taken by the Jewish Community in Los Angeles.
