Grief is refers to as a multi faceted response to loss including emotional numbness, disbelief, anxiety, despair, sadness & loneliness. In layman’s terms it is a cause to feel sorrow. Situations that cause grief are unforeseen. Most often, these situations pop up unexpectedly. For many people it becomes difficult to cope up with such kind of mental suffering. These situations can come up by loss of pet, friend or family member or due to any sudden major change in the routine like job loss or divorce etc. Many people become permanent victims of trauma and depression because of the incapability of handling such kind of grievances. However, make a favor on yourself by setting limits in your blue mood by considering the nature of problem. - Develop a perfect support system; a support system plays a very vital role in dealing with such situations. Your support systems can consist of any member that understands you & your grief. They will encourage & motivate you by highlighting the positive aspects of life. This will erase the feeling of isolation. You will feel secured & safe with their existence, which will speed up the process of healing.
