Eg: when you are angry your body craves for snacks or junk food, go for fruits & veggies as an alternative. Proper planning for dealing with these triggers will help you a lot.

To gain a good habit, keep a track of when you started performing that particular act. Repeating the same act consistently for six weeks will give rise to a new habit that you were willing for.
