Life changes so beautifully when a woman is pregnant. This feeling just sweeps you off. Might be it is something that no female can describe in words. But yes we know that there is a tiny life developing in our body. Usually when we find carrying something extra on our body, we feel uncomfortable but carrying this small life in your own body makes us feel wonderful. You feel wanted; you feel loved by someone… someone from within loves you. And your love for that tiny wonder is undoubtedly immense.

During pregnancy, a pregnant woman makes sure that everything is perfect. There should be no complications or any food to avoid in pregnancykind of hurt to the baby. We do everything that is possible for the safety of unborn baby and maintain good health. If you want your baby to have good health then at the very first you have to possess good health. As your body is the only source through which the baby gets nutrition. If you are unable to provide all the required nutrition the nutrition deficiencies will find their way in unborn baby.

The researchers have warned for the intake of seafood by pregnant woman. The illness occurred because of eating wrong food can be dangerous for unborn baby. The intake of seafood increases the risk of absorbing the injurious bacteria that may lead to severe sickness. Avoid eating seafood like swordfish, shark, king mackerel and tilefish as they contain good amount of methyl mercury, which is a chemical that hurts the nervous system of the fetus. It destroys the health of brain and affects the hearing senses. Such a severe impact on the health may also result in death.

Unsterlized food products:

Consume the food stuff and drinks that undergo the process of pasteurization, in which the food products are partially sterilized at a temperature that destroys the harmful micro-organisms. Always check the food products like juices, milk and cheese before buying them, purchase only those which are pasteurized. The food stuff that unpasteurized might consist of bacteria which destroy the health and results in illness.

Unwashed food products:

Never eat fruits and vegetables that are unwashed as they contain all the chemicals, germs and harmful toxic matter which spoil the serenity of health. Always wash the vegetables and fruits thoroughly so that all the harmful matter is washed away and you stay away from any kind of infection. Food item like radish, sprouts, clover, carrot and green leafy vegetables should be washed more cautiously as they contain germs which are hidden in the remote parts. Latin – American soft white cheese such as Queso Blanco and Queso Franco may contain injurious bacteria which are not good for the health of pregnant woman. Even Soft cheese such as blue cheese, Camambert, brie and feta are also harmful for the health.

Artificial sweetenerArtificial sweetener:

There are wide ranges of products that contain artificial sugar which is not at all good for health. It may be digestible by the normal folks but the pregnant women are not able to break this sugar which then messes with the body system. Instead of adding white sugar to any of you food it is anytime better to add honey as a sweetener. Honey is a natural sweetener and possesses many health benefits.

People are losing faith in the natural care and opting for artificial cure. Thus it is small suggestion to all those folks that our nature is very much powerful. They are good antioxidants hence they flush out all the toxins that are harmful for the baby’s health. Nutrients like folate, vitamin C, potassium and vitamin A are found in large quantity in vegetables. We require these nutrients to perform our daily activities and thus it is very much essential for good health. Even the phytonutrient that is easily found in vegetables are rarely found in any other food stuff. They are very much important in human diet as they guard our body against any cardiac ailments. Vegetables are also rich in fiber which is also necessary to build good health.

And apart from all these suggestions, try to stay away from all the worries and tensions. Be happy and your child will be happy child. Good food, sound health and peace of mind are the key to successful pregnancy.
