Menopause is a natural process, it happens to each and very women in her middle age. This is because ovaries gradually stop producing eggs, as the female hormones of estrogen and progesterone gets very secreted very less and this leads menstruation cycle disrupt, then less frequent and gradually stopping altogether. This also means you are not at risk of getting pregnant. And every months stomach ache and back ache and all those uncomfy times are gone… wow!</p>
<p>See some women’s don’t like that there menopause coming up, as there bodies change and for some as I mentioned earlier its good time.</p>

Especially, the food, they are highly fascinated about new food. And even parents are excited to feed their kids with new variety of food. Toddlers are very much eager to try out new flavors. No doubt that child should be given right food at right age, it is essential to know suitable food for their age. Certain food should be avoided in case of toddlers. It may happen that are consuming right food but it is essential that an adult supervise them. They might be allergic to certain food so it is essential to have proper attention towards their diet.</p>

<h3>Small sized food:</h3>
<p>The small sized foods are quite solid and dry, which can easily get blocked in throat. Usually, tots do not chew the food properly thus, it is unsafe to give them such kind of food. Do not feed them with <strong>popcorns</strong>. Popcorns consist of tiny kernels that can be easily clogged. Even nuts or dry fruits, are solid to chew. Some cookies also contain nuts pieces which they won’t chew. You may pound them into powder and feed them. Sweet candies are also very hard and they will try to gulp it down. So, keep all these products out of their reach.</p>
<h3>Low- Fat-Milk:</h3>
<p>Before the age of one, it is strictly recommended to feed the babies with breast milk. It is richest source of nutrition for them. But once they are shifted from breast feeding to normal feeding, parents should feed them with whole milk. Whole milk is loaded with all nutrition which kids require for the growth and development of brain cells. You may start with low- fat or skimmed milk from the age of three. Till then, they do need the fats from whole milk for the proper growth.</p>
<h3>Small bites:</h3>
<p>Feed them with small morsels, size around a pea. Larger morsel will be difficult for them to chew and swallow. It may get stuck in their throat. Even small food items like tomatoes, grapes, and cherries should be cut into quarters before giving them to eat. Vegetables like carrot, beet, and radish should be cooked thoroughly before feeding them. You may smash them or grate them. Try and feed them with soft food. If the food item is hard, then soften it or powder it to feed them.</p>
<h3>Sticky food:</h3>
<p>Keep away the peanut butter from them, as it is very difficult to gulp down. Due to its sticky properties it is advisable to not feed them with peanut butter. Even sticky foods like chewing gums, raisins, and chewy candies are easily choked in throat. They may even stick to throat which can definitely be harmful. Additionally, they are stick to teeth, causing tooth decay at very early age.</p>
<h3>Honey and corn syrup:</h3>
<p>Generally, infants under the age of one should never be feed with honey or <strong>corn syrup</strong>. But avoid giving this food to tots also as, they contain bacterial spores. These bacterial spores generate botulism which is harmful for their health. Never feed them with honey or corn syrup.</p>
