Step 1: For preparing the mask, you will need the following ingredients: banana, whipped cream, vitamin E capsules and face cloth. Take 1/4 cup whipped cream (make sure that you don’t use the fat free substitutes of cream; it will not work in this recipe) and add one peeled and mashed banana into it. The banana must have an extremely soft consistency. Mix the two ingredients well.

Step 2: Now, break one vitamin E capsule (you will get these capsules at any drug store of your locality) and add the ingredients in it into the mixture containing whipped cream and banana. Again, using a blender, mix the three ingredients together.

Step 3: Cover your neck and face using face cloth and spread the mixture all over it. If you don’t have face cloth, you can also apply the mix directly onto your skin. The spread must be thick; this will ensure that the ingredients used in the mask penetrate the skin pores.

Step 4: Leave the mask on your skin for 20 minutes; if you find that the mask has not dried, you can wait for some more time. Once dried, remove the mask using lukewarm water. Wipe off the mask using gentle circular strokes. Do not rub the skin vigorously; doing so might result in breakouts.

CO2 lasers: Majority of  skin resurfacing are done using this type of laser. CO2 lasers can effectively rid our skin from deep wrinkles and facial lines. CO2 lasers vaporize the epidermis as well as the affected portions of the dermis (if required). This results in development of fresh and healed skin having normal levels of elastin and collagen; this new skin is tighter, firmer and smoother. According to experts, people with dark skin should not undergo this procedure.

YAG lasers: Individuals having moderate or superficial wrinkles are generally suggested to undergo YAG laser therapy. This type of laser is also suitable for people with darker skin tone.
