Dealing With Sexual Assault



Sexual assault is a forced behavior of one person to another which includes rapes, molestation, groping etc. Sexual assault is forcing someone to enter into a sexual activity. One has to deal with this patience and help.

  1. Say no to it

    If someone forces or touch you in an unusual way or tries to take you for an unusual behavior just say no it directly. If it happen in a strange place where you find yourself alone take pepper spray with you or any other alternative to save you from an unknown happening. Think before you act always take help of police to look after the case. If someone tries to touch you in a sexual way just say no to it.

  2. Evidence can save you

    After an unusual happening try to save all the evidences don’t wash yourself and don’t wash your clothes before reporting to police. There are many evidences which help your case so try not to vanish the evidences save them which will help to take the case further.     Try to report your assault to police as early as possible. Report early leads to taking of necessary steps which will lead to clear the case soon.     Sexual assault is a horrible experience which you face and which may sometimes take toll on your daily life and become a memory in your mind. Take self help to come up from the situation by consulting psychiatrist or doctors. Try to socialize yourself by meeting people and friends and always keep yourself busy. There are many hospitals which give counseling will help you aftermath of sexual assault.

  5. Don’t feel shy

    Sexual assault can happen with anyone you should never feel shy in meeting people in society. Never take blame on yourself it is not your fault if you are a victim of social assault try to come up from the trauma with meetings, therapies and so on. This will help you to come from the situation and will lead to a better life better future.
