Cope Up From Stalking

Stalking refers to an anger or strange behavior by someone who hates you or someone you is being rejected or angered by you. Stalking can also be physical harm or harassment by someone. Coping from stalking or strange and unwanted behavior is very easy. A person just has to keep some simple points in mind to fight with stalking.

  1. Stalking comes from rejection

    Try to recognize the people who you think are behaving strange with you or getting angry on you easily. Stalkers can be friends too try to look out the problem which forces them to behave like this. Stalking can sometime be abuse, harassment, or physical damage. Never try to get into that relation which forces another person to stalk on you. Sometimes ex-boyfriend, colleague or someone who you hardly know can be stalkers.

    There are laws for stalking it is also treated as crime in many countries. Different countries have different laws and regulations on stalking. Laws protect the rights of stalking victims. Always get yourself well stalkinginformed about laws of stalking so you should know well when to use them.

  3. Be alert

    By being alert all the time will save you from getting stalk. See you surroundings carefully be alert at the time traveling and look out for people, vehicles etc and always keep something to secure you after getting stalk. Self help is very needful if you get stalked try to be alert all the time safety measure should be taken earlier before the incident.

  4. Keep everything in Mind

    Keeping everything in mind will help you to recall if you get stalked. Update yourself with vehicles, people and all the things around you. Stalkers basically know when, where and how to attack their victim. Sometimes they follow a particular pattern of attacking their victims. Keep in mind what happen around you and how things are placed etc.

  5. Keep in touch

    There should always be someone with whom you talk every time a family member, friend or your partner. Talk with someone who knows your daily routine and to whom you can easily contact this will help you to get communicate better and this will also help you to catch the stalker if you get attacked.
