Coconut water is amazing. I recently made a smoothie using Vita coco is was delicious. Everyone should try Vita Coco’s flavored coconut waters, they’re great if you want coconut water with a twist.

You have mistaken Emaroon, It is not suitable to have Coconut water in the night as it creates acidity.
