Gyan Mudra: According to the theories of Yoga, Mudras are used for cultivating s particular state of mind. Yoga includes use of numerous hand gestures, which are referred to as ‘Hasta mudra’ in Sanskrit. These gestures can be included in our daily yoga practice; the madras can be used while meditating, while performing breathing exercises as well as while performing yoga poses.
