Happiness is about feeling good with your partner, friends, and relatives so on. Feel happy and make others happy too this is the best way to keep yourself you fit and fine. Life full of stress leads you to depression and is also hazardous and happiness is all about feel good and makes others feel good too as Laughter is a best medicine to boost life and make life tension free. It is also a best exercise to cheer up mind body and soul.

  1. Being happy is the best option: Being happy means to increase your life by 9 years unhappy people live less and all time stress leads to tensions and depression. Unhappiness is worse even then addiction to alcohol and smoking. It’s good to be happy all the time and make others happy too. Happiness is about sharing and caring.
  2. When you win something: Winning is a best example of happiness if you win something for the first time it makes you happier and boost your energy level in body. As we put lots of efforts on winning but after winning the happiness which we get can’t be measured. A 3rd ranker is happier then the 2nd ranker because a 3rd ranker will enjoy the winning but 2nd ranker will be in stage to think that how he lost the 1st rank.be happy

  4. Growing up: There is a link between happiness and age with growing age we get new experiences and enjoy life in a better way. There is a difference between male and female happiness is that males are happier in their teenage more as compare to females and in the old age females are happier then males. Happiness is related with age, emotions, situations etc. As long as we enjoy happiness we stay fit and fine and live life better.
  5. Happiness in your own way: Happiness is also about satisfaction and relaxing about mind and body. Happiness also depends on praying, religion, meditation and so on. You can also find happiness in meditation in your own way which will take you away from the daily tensions. Happiness comes with sharing a research shows that we can also raise our happiness level to some point from the natural level. People sometimes have a cause to be happy like Birthdays, Festivals, and Occasions. So one should always be happy and makes others happy too to enjoy life.
