If you are bored of the monotonous exercises that you work out daily, try to indulge some innovative activities in your exercise chart. Activities like swimming, walking, tennis, skiing, rowing or even martial arts. To keep records on the blood glucose levels, check the glucose level before & after exercising. This will give you a clear picture of how it works. If the sugar levels are under 100, have a snack time & look out for low blood glucose levels.
